In a stone barn located on the banks of the historic Brandywine Creek, we are using the designs, materials, and techniques of colonial craftsmen to produce fine handcrafted furniture. We build 18th century reproductions which are designed and made to order. These include William and Mary, Queen Anne, Chippendale, Hepplewhite, and Sheraton styles.

Prior to building your selection we will discuss your choice of wood, color, and details. High quality hard woods are individually selected for your furniture. Each piece is hand planed and hand scraped. All dovetails are hand cut. Our finishes are applied and rubbed out by hand which enhances the figure and warm colors of the wood.

We can reproduce that family tall case clock which you didn't get, add to your set of antique chairs, or make an 18th century cupboard to use as an entertainment center. This is furniture you can use, enjoy, and pass on to future generations.

Our work has been chosen to be listed in the Early American Life Directory of Traditional Crafts since 1994. As a juried member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, we have been producing museum quality reproductions since 1982.

We welcome visits to our shop. Please contact us by phone, mail, or e-mail for an appointment.
